History of The Halo Works Ltd

Since 1994, The Halo Works Ltd (formerly known as ABA Research Ltd) has worked with a wide range of blue chip organisations, mid-sized companies and new start-ups, as well as local authorities and professional bodies.  We are an established and well-respected full service market research consultancy, offering both qualitative and quantitative research services, based at Lightwater, Surrey, UK.

The senior directors of The Halo Works are Alison Bond and Trevor Millard.

Alison Bond is a vastly experienced marketer, published writer and director of The Halo Works Ltd.  A Full Member of the Market Research Society, Alison works extensively across a range of blue chip organisations including IBM, RBS, AXA, John Menzies and BMW, as well as public sector clients and SME’s.  She has been the main architect in the development of the Halo Concept.

Trevor Millard brings a wealth of experience to the uniqueness of The Halo Works Ltd.  Having spent much of his career in the ever-demanding travel sector, Trevor is well versed in the challenges of client service management.  Trevor, a founding Director of The Halo Works Ltd, frequently contributes informed editorial to leading industry publications such as Customer Management Magazine and is a CIM Chartered Marketer.
