Karen Martin

Karen Martin has over 12 years internal communications experience in large blue chip financial services companies. She has a broad and comprehensive experience of change management, employee engagement and successfully initiating and developing communication programmes.

A relatively new member to the team, Karen has supported The Halo Works team on a number of adhoc projects in the past and brings a new dimension to the team in helping facilitate behavioral changes and implementation of the Halo research findings to embed positive and sustainable benefits.
