Questionnaire Design
Many of our questionnaires take the Halo Process as their guide, which means they focus on the outcomes and benefits which customers and/or your own staff will expect from your service or product.
The questionnaire design process will usually include a brainstorming type meeting between us and your team, then a first draft from us. We will then volley it back and forwards between us until everyone is happy with the final draft. It is very much an iterative process.
We know that getting the questionnaire right is key, and will happily go to numerous drafts to make sure that you are happy with the result, and that it will meet your objectives for the whole project.
