Results and Implementation Workshops

This is the really useful part of the project as far as you are concerned.  We will send over a full written report for you and your team.  The report is written in a clear, concise way which you can read on the train, or sat at your desk with a coffee.  The idea is that you have a stand alone document which tells the story of the project, and the issue we are researching.

The results workshop is an extension of the report.  If everyone has read the report people come to these events with thoughts, opinions and questions to share.  We don’t know your business as well as you and your team do, and this workshop is about re-energising the team around solving the issue or moving forward using the research which has been conducted.  Our research tends to focus on the things your users or staff think and feel and having this insight clearly articulated and measured is often all that is needed to solve an issue, or to motivate positive change to make things better than they already are.

The clients we work with tend to be pretty enlighted individuals, and we aim to work with the skills and strengths which exist in the organisation.  Research will show the weaknesses, but they will show them in the overall picture, so we will be able to pick out the strengths too, which will allow the whole organisation to move forward more confidently.
