Trevor joined the business in 1997. Having spent much of his career in the ever-demanding travel sector, Trevor is well versed in the challenges of client service management. He is expert in the area of customer-based research and has a canny knack of understanding how it works in business, as well as the tangible benefits it brings. He has a forensic like attention to detail.
As a founding director of the Halo Works Ltd., he manages the operational and financial side of the business and acts as project lead on most of our quantitative research based projects.
When not at work, he is a keen tennis player, avidly follow the fortunes and misfortunes of two football clubs (Watford and Woking FC) and likes watching cricket. He is also an accomplished (self-accreditation) cook of roast dinners and BBQ user.
