Trevor Millard joined the business in 1997. Having spent much of his career in the ever-demanding travel sector, Trevor is well versed in the challenges of client service management.
Finding the right people for interviews and focus groups can be time-consuming, arduous and indeed very difficult. That is why we are delighted to have on board Lisa Hope, whose charming and influential telephone manner ensures that our sessions always go smoothly. At Halo, we always obtain an excellent share of voice from the right blend of people, with interesting and useful end results. For over 10 years, Lisa has proved herself to be an expert organiser, as well as a highly efficient PA.
When not at work, Lisa likes to spend quality time with family and friends; decorating and cycling (not at the same time).
As one of our associates, Geraldine designs and delivers training and change workshops at all levels of the organisation. With over 23 years’ experience as a Management Consultant in Big 4 and global IT companies, she brings with her extensive expertise in helping organisations facilitate change management in periods of complex business change.
Out of work, she enjoys designing and making bags and jewellery, interior design, spending time in the sun, enjoying the company of my family and friends, and good red wine, oh and walking the dog!
In his unofficial role as Chairman, Tim uses his extensive senior sales and and marketing expertise to provide strategic and common sense guidance to the senior directors at Halo when they get stuck. As someone who has been a client of Halo in the past, he knows exactly what companies are looking for from their business partners.
Previously an IBM worldwide banking board member, Bryan has become an experienced and hybrid board and senior executive advisor who lists a host of practical qualifications and accreditations to his name.
The co-author of some of the most challenging customer management books around, his wealth of experience in the field of Customer, Key Account, Partner and Stakeholder management includes projects at home, in the US and the Far East. He also contributes thought-provoking editorial for some of the industry’s leading publications on areas such as Board Effectiveness, personal influence, also operational and regulatory risk management.
Away from work, Bryan enjoys skiing and in the ideal world would take a long weekend off each month in Normandy working on the land and relaxing / touring on his motorbike. For exercise he plays squash and attends spin classes and does lots of walking too.
Matt is a specialist in data processing, manipulation and tabulations. From large panel projects to multi country continuous surveys, Matt and his colleagues at SwissPeaks bring many years of experience to The Halo Works group of associates.
Karen Martin has over twenty years internal communications experience in large blue chip financial services companies. She has a broad and comprehensive experience of change management, employee engagement and successfully initiating and developing communication programmes.
